ROUND-TRIP VEHICLES  

If you made your reservation in advance and you can’t start your trip with the Communauto app, try using your RFID fob or the equivalent (OPUS card in Montreal and Quebec, Multi in Gatineau or La Vermeilleuse in Sherbrooke).

If you do not have a fob, or if it still doesn’t work, keep checking this page for status updates.

Either way, if you have a bit of time, it’s better to wait until we know more before going to the vehicle.

FLEX VEHICLES 

You may not be able to start a trip with a FLEX 

We are not sure yet if trips will start properly. If you have time, it’s better to wait until we know more before going to the vehicle.

ENDING A TRIP 

How to end your trip if you’re having trouble doing it normally:

  • Return all accessories to the glove box. 
  • Manually lock the doors. 
  • Your trip will end automatically after 3 minutes.
