If you’re a vegetarian, this place is for you! La pause Sylvestre offers millet pie, red bean pie, lactofermented pickles and maple syrup made on site of course! La cabane à sucre Oswald

222, Rang des Continuations, Saint-Esprit This family-run sugar shack has been in business for over 50 years! It offers the traditional shack menu: pea soup, sausages in maple syrup, ham, etc. There are also some activity options like a tractor ride and a small farm to visit. Don’t forget the maple taffy! Ferme le Crépuscule

The Ferme le Crépuscule stands out by offering a traditional, exclusively organic meal consisting of local foods provided by local farmers. Sucrerie du village Québécois d’Antan

1425, rue Montplaisir, Drummondville A timeless classic! In March and April, the Village Québécois d’Antan transforms into a sugar shack. Eat a traditional sugar shack meal and then stop by the donut shop for a hot, old-fashioned donut cooked on site. The animals on the farm can also be visited and you can go around the village by horse-drawn carriage if you want!
